Sixth Annual Simon Salz Memorial Concert This is a musical event not to be missed, plus the proceeds from this concert will provide scholarships to give our community’s talented, but financially needy young musicians the opportunity to attend summer camp at UM!

ARTURO SANDOVAL/AUDIO - TECHNICA SCHOLARSHIPS
Open to highly talented students who are accepted into the Honors Jazz Program (Instrumental or Vocal). A limited number of full and partial scholarships (including the dorm program for campers from outside South Florda) have been made available through a generous donation by Arturo Sandoval and Audio-Technica.

NEW SONGWRITING CLASSES AND HONORS PROGRAM
Our camp now offers SONGWRITING as an elective for both INTERMEDIATE and PRE-COLLEGE campers. This summer we are happy to offer for the first time our new Honors Program in SONGWRITING for high school students who are already experienced songwriters. (see Honors Program for details)

The mission of the Young Musicians' Camp is to provide a musical experience of the highest quality to elementary through senior high school aged children. Recognizing the unlimited potential of all children when nurtured in a rich environment, the camp strives to bring together children from a wide variety of ethnic, cultural, and financial backgrounds to share in the joy of making music.
