IMAGINE YOURSELF PLAYING CLASSICAL MUSIC AND EXPLORING NEW THINGS ON THE BEAUTIFUL UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI FROST SCHOOL OF MUSIC CAMPUS...

OUR CLASSICAL MUSIC PROGRAM:

(Winds, String, and Piano)

Campers will enjoy all the musical experiences gained by playing in a performing ensemble. Students will be guided by Frost School of Music professors, graduate students and alumni, along with other professional musicians! Even our pianists have the opportunity to work with other pianists - using our state-of-the-art keyboard labs. All of our faculty are dedicated to creating the best possible environment for learning in a positive, supportive, and non-competitive atmosphere. We want to inspire your student to work hard to reach the next level of musical ability!

Our program provides the opportunity for campers to study musical subjects that are typically not a part of a school music program. We especially encourage creativity and improvisation. We know that these are important abilities to develop - in both our younger campers - who enjoy the fun and freedom of being creative and for our advanced campers who are ready to try new things without the pressure of grades or tests.

Select the LEVEL that best fits your child. Elementary and Intermediate Levels are offered in Session A: June 19 to June 30 and Advanced and Advanced Honors Levels are offered in Session B: July 3 to July 14. Your school or private music teacher will be able to help you decide. After you register, we will email your teacher a recommendation form to confirm that your camper is in the correct level. NOTE: ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED. ACCEPTANCE MAY BE SUBJECT TO INSTRUMENTATION.
